Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Shipping Policy explains how we prepare, ship, and deliver wholesale orders placed with Couture's Corner, the business-to-business (B2B) wholesale channel for Stylr jewelry. We supply retailers, boutiques, salons, and permanent-jewelry artists with waterproof, hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant pieces built on 316L surgical (implant-grade) stainless steel, with gold-tone styles finished in a hard 18k-gold PVD coating. This policy applies to wholesale stockists only; it is not a consumer (direct-to-consumer) shipping policy.

Wholesale orders ship primarily from our United States warehouse (Colorado), and all prices and shipping charges are quoted and settled in US Dollars (USD). By placing a wholesale order with us, whether through our wholesale program or directly by email, you agree to the terms set out below. Shipping and delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier and on factors outside our control.

2. Order Processing & Lead Times

We aim to dispatch quickly so stockists can restock with confidence. Processing covers order verification, picking and quality-checking your pieces, packing the parcel, and handing it to the carrier. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the carrier’s transit time.

Orders are processed and shipped within 15 business days of order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Most in-stock orders ship well within this window; the full window allows for larger or mixed-category orders, new launches, and seasonal volume. The minimum opening order is $100 USD.

We fulfill primarily from our United States warehouse. When an item on your order is not fully in stock domestically, we transfer it from another fulfillment facility before it ships, which is why a small number of orders use the full processing window. 3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship wholesale orders throughout the United States using established carriers, with tracking provided on every shipment. Larger or multi-carton orders may ship as multiple parcels.

Shipping rates are calculated per order based on the order's size, weight, destination, and the service level selected, and are confirmed before dispatch. For orders placed through our wholesale program, shipping is handled according to that program's checkout and shipping terms. 4. International Wholesale Shipping

Beyond the United States, we supply wholesale stockists in select international markets — including Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland, much of Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Eligible destinations, carriers, service levels, and rates are confirmed on a per-order basis, as they depend on your location and the contents of your order. We do not promise specific countries, transit times, or rates here, and any international transit estimate is not guaranteed.

Direct accounts are set up on their own payment and return terms — the Net-60 payment terms and first-order free returns described in this policy apply to orders placed through our standard wholesale program. Cross-border orders may be subject to import duties and taxes as described in the next section.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International wholesale shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges levied by the destination country. Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for these charges, for any required import licences or registrations, and for compliance with the import requirements of the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in the product price or the shipping charge. The specific allocation of shipping cost, risk, and import responsibility is governed by the delivery (Incoterms) terms agreed for your order; we will confirm the applicable terms at the time of order. We cannot mark wholesale shipments as gifts or declare values lower than the actual order amount. If a buyer declines to pay duties or taxes and a parcel is returned or abandoned, any non-refundable shipping and handling costs may be charged to the buyer.

6. Order Tracking

Once your wholesale order ships, we provide tracking information for the shipment. For orders placed through our wholesale program, tracking and shipment updates are available through your wholesale account; for direct orders, we send tracking details to the email address on file.

Please allow time after dispatch for the carrier to scan the parcel and for tracking to begin updating. If you have not received tracking within a reasonable time after your confirmed lead time, contact us at [email protected] and we will help locate your shipment.

7. Title & Risk of Loss

Subject to the shipping (Incoterms) terms agreed for your order, risk of loss for an order passes to the buyer once the carrier accepts the parcel from us. From that point the order is in transit under the carrier's care.

Title to the goods, and the precise point at which risk transfers, are determined by the delivery terms agreed for your order and by any applicable wholesale terms of sale. Where an order moves under named Incoterms, those terms govern the allocation of carriage, risk, and import responsibility between us and the buyer.

8. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate business and ship-to details, including the correct company name, contact, delivery address, and any account or import information needed for the shipment. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the buyer.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly at [email protected]. We will try to update the details if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee a change once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and any additional shipping costs to resend the order may be the buyer's responsibility. Failed delivery attempts may require you to coordinate redelivery or pickup directly with the carrier.

9. Lost or Damaged in Transit

We pack wholesale orders with care, but if a shipment arrives with damaged goods, with items missing, or if a parcel is lost in transit, please report it to us promptly after delivery or after the expected delivery date. Keep all original packaging and cartons, and provide your order details and clear photos of any damage so we can document the claim with the carrier.

Claims for goods that are damaged in transit, short-shipped, or incorrect are handled together with our Wholesale Returns policy — please contact us so we can confirm the next steps and resolve the issue. Prompt reporting helps us preserve any carrier claim and reship or credit affected items where appropriate. Separately, the Stylr 1-Year Color Warranty covers tarnish or fade under normal wear within twelve months (harsh chemicals and accidents excluded) and is a product warranty distinct from transit-damage claims.

10. Orders Placed Through Our Wholesale Program

For wholesale orders placed through our wholesale program, that program's shipping, tracking, and order terms apply in addition to this policy. Shipping options, rates, tracking updates, and any applicable shipping promotions are presented and managed at checkout and in your wholesale account.

New stockists can open a wholesale account with a $100 USD minimum opening order, pay on net-60 terms (about 60 days after ordering, at 0% interest), and have their first order covered by free returns so they can test inventory risk-free. Where this policy and that program's terms differ for an order placed through it, the program terms that apply to that transaction control how that order is shipped and tracked.
