How do I place a wholesale order? You can order in two ways. The easiest is through our Faire storefront, where you can browse the full Stylr line, see your wholesale pricing, and check out online. New stockists who order through Faire Direct also unlock Faire's first-order perks — commission-free ordering for us, an opening-order discount, and free shipping on your first order. You can also order directly by emailing us at [email protected] and we will help you place your order.

Who can open a wholesale account? Couture's Corner sells wholesale to retailers, boutiques, salons, and permanent-jewelry artists. We are a business-to-business channel, not a consumer store, so a valid resale or business credential may be required to verify that you are buying for resale. If you are unsure whether you qualify, just reach out and ask.

Can I mix product categories in one order? Yes. Mixed-category orders are welcome — you can combine rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, charms, chains, and permanent-jewelry supplies in a single order to build the assortment that fits your shop.

Is Couture's Corner the same as Stylr? Couture's Corner is the wholesale arm of Stylr. Stylr is the consumer brand; Couture's Corner is how retailers and artists stock the Stylr line at wholesale.

What is the minimum opening order? We keep opening minimums low so smaller shops can start easily and test the line without overcommitting. For the current opening minimum, please request our wholesale line sheet at [email protected] or review the terms shown in our Faire storefront.

What are your wholesale prices and margins? Wholesale pricing is listed in our current line sheet and in our Faire storefront. To see live pricing for your account, request our current wholesale line sheet or browse the storefront after your account is set up.

How does payment work? When you order through Faire, payment follows Faire's standard terms for eligible retailers, including any payment terms they extend to you. For orders placed directly with us, payment is arranged at account setup — just let us know your preferred method when you reach out.

Are there any promotions for new stockists? Yes. New stockists ordering through Faire Direct receive Faire's first-order perks: an opening-order discount and free shipping on the first order. These perks apply to your first order placed through Faire Direct.

Where do orders ship from? All wholesale orders ship from the United States (Colorado). Prices and transactions are in US Dollars (USD).

What is your lead and processing time? Processing and lead times depend on the order and current stock, and they are confirmed at the time you order. If you have a deadline in mind, mention it when you order and we will let you know what is realistic.

Do you ship internationally? We can ship internationally. Because availability, carriers, and costs vary by destination, please contact us at [email protected] for international shipping availability and a quote for your country.

Do you offer dropshipping or blind shipping? If you need dropshipping or blind shipping for your business model, contact us at [email protected] and we will discuss what we can arrange.

What is the jewelry made of? You are stocking the Stylr line, made by our manufacturing partner Meideya. Every piece is built on 316L surgical (implant-grade) stainless steel. Gold-tone pieces are finished with a hard 18k-gold PVD coating (physical vapor deposition), which is far more durable than ordinary electroplating. To be clear for your customers: this is gold-plated steel — not solid gold and not vermeil.

Is it really waterproof and tarnish-resistant? Yes. The line is designed to be waterproof and tarnish-resistant, so it holds up to everyday wear, showers, and water far better than typical fashion jewelry.

Is it hypoallergenic and nickel-free? It is hypoallergenic and low in nickel release — 316L releases nickel below EU REACH / EN1811 limits, and it will not turn skin green because there is no reactive copper. Honestly, though, it is not nickel-free: 316L stainless steel contains roughly 10–14% nickel. For a customer with a confirmed nickel allergy, titanium or niobium is the safest choice, and it is worth sharing that distinction at the point of sale.

What is the 1-Year Color Warranty? Every piece is backed by a 1-Year Color Warranty that you can pass on to your own customers. If a piece tarnishes or fades under normal wear within 12 months, it is eligible for replacement. Damage from harsh chemicals and accidents is excluded.

How should the jewelry be cared for? Care is simple: keep pieces away from harsh chemicals such as perfume, bleach, and strong cleaners, wipe them dry after heavy water exposure, and store them so they do not scratch each other. This easy care routine is worth passing along to your customers.

Can I return a wholesale order? Wholesale orders are generally final. The exception is any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will always make that right.

What do I do if items arrive damaged or wrong? Please report the problem to us promptly at [email protected] with photos of the affected items and your order details. Once we review, we will arrange a replacement or a credit.

What about orders placed through Faire? Orders placed through Faire follow Faire's terms, including their handling of order issues and returns. We are happy to help coordinate alongside Faire if anything goes wrong.

Does the warranty still apply to wholesale pieces? Yes. The 1-Year Color Warranty applies to the pieces you stock and is one you can extend to your retail customers: tarnish or fade under normal wear within 12 months is eligible for replacement, with harsh chemicals and accidents excluded.

What is Couture's Corner? Couture's Corner is the wholesale channel for Stylr jewelry. We supply retailers, boutiques, salons, and permanent-jewelry artists with the waterproof, hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant Stylr line at wholesale.
